Gift wrapping and packaging

Yes! Presentation is everything. Your “Happy” will be placed in a gift box and an enclosure card for you to personalize your message. Then each gift box is placed in one of our linen Little Happy sacks for safe keeping. It also is a great place for you to store your jewelry when you are not showing it off.

Chain lengths are standard for each necklace. See listing for details. Due to multiple requests of various chain sizes we can no longer do free chain length adjustments. Most of our items are stainless steel and plated brass. We cannot guarantee all items completely nickel or lead free. There may be trace amounts.

Are you not happy with your purchase? If so, message us right away and we will tell you about our return/exchange policy. Trust us... you will be pleased. We will give you the details then. (We can’t give our secrets away.) Please message us on Etsy instead of using email.

If your item has not been shipped then you can cancel your order. Just message us. We got you covered.

I got this as a gift for my mom. It came in a reasonable amount of time. I loved the aesthetic of the packaging, it was so professional and adorable! It came with a complimentary bracelet as a thank you (very cute as well). The actual necklace was so beautiful. Both the color and design were stunning! It looked even more beautiful in person then in the picture. The heart design was so clear and like I said, the color and finish on the necklace was absolutely stunning. My mom loved it! 10/10 would recommend! (Note: the lighting on this picture is very bad, trust me this product actually looks amazing)
