By purchasing any item from our shop, you agree that our designers will determine the design layout, font size, and placement. If you'd like to review a proof before production, please add the Proof Add-On to your cart at the time of purchase. Proofs will extend processing time, and we’ll begin your order only after approval. Fonts are not customizable and may vary slightly with each name, as they’re tailored to the specific characters used. Shorter names will be adjusted to fit the design appropriately. Please note that engraving is done per item and not as a coordinated set. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out before placing your order, we’re happy to help!

You can share your personalization details by filling out the “Add your personalization” box during checkout. We don’t automatically send proofs, but if you’d like one, we offer a proof add-on available in our shop’s main page.

Adding personalization is easy, just enter your details in the “Add your personalization” box during checkout. Be sure to scroll through all listing photos and expand the description for important ordering instructions. Some products offer different brands, colors, and design options, which are all shown in the photos and description. To keep production times and costs low, we do not include proofs with any orders. Proofs require additional time to create, but we understand that some customers prefer them for peace of mind. If you'd like a proof, we offer that service in the Add Ons section on our shop’s main page.

How Does Shipping & Delivery Work?

Shipping timeframes shown at checkout are based on the date your order was placed and are meant as general estimates. We prepare orders in batches, so a shipping label may be created ahead of the actual handoff. For the most accurate information, your invoice will always list the correct scheduled ship date for your order. After the package is transferred to the carrier, all delivery timing, routing, and potential delays are handled by the carrier, and exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If your package seems delayed, feel free to reach out, we’re always glad to help.

Can I purchase insurance in case my items get damaged, lost or stolen during transit?

Yes, you’ll have the option to upgrade your shipping method to include insurance during checkout. Please note that our shop is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft during transit, adding insurance is a helpful way to safeguard your order.

Orders to AK, HI, PR or Caribbean

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the Caribbean may require additional transit fees, we’ll reach out if needed. Standard mail upgrades must be purchased at checkout; if you prefer Priority shipping, please contact us before placing your order. Transit times for standard mail can range from 2–3 weeks depending on the destination. Thank you for your understanding.

ALL WOOD PRODUCTS & Can I use an engraved cutting board for food? How do I wash the cutting board?

Please note that all wood products are made from natural materials and may feature unique characteristics such as knots, grain patterns, curling marks, and color variations, these are part of what makes each piece one of a kind. Our cutting boards are designed with one side for display and the other for everyday use. To preserve their quality, we recommend using only the non-engraved side for food preparation. All boards should be hand washed and never submerged in water.

Do you accept returns on personalized products?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Thank you for understanding.

How long does it take to make my order?

Processing times vary by product and are listed on each item’s page. Please note that all times are in business days (Monday–Friday). Your estimated shipping date will appear on your receipt after placing your order.

Logos and Font Changes

Logos are accepted on a case-by-case basis and must be provided by the customer exactly as intended, including orientation. We do not edit, recreate, or alter any logos or images submitted. Because we use the original files as-is, no proofs will be provided. All products will feature the default fonts shown in our example photos, font changes are not available for our designs. If you're ordering a single name, custom text, or adding a name alongside a logo, you may choose from fonts #1 - 9 on our font sheet.
