READ BEFORE YOU ORDER (Yes, really. This matters.)

We’ve been selling on Etsy since 2014, and over time we’ve learned that transparency and clarity sets us apart from other stores, and we like to not only give an amazing, quality product, but we want to make your shopping experience as easy as possible – As our consistent reviews show!
So let’s make sure we’re on the same page before you check out 👇

SIZING (THIS IS WHERE PEOPLE MESS UP)
Standard and Premium hoodies fit differently. Premium hoodies run a little more oversize.
➡️ Check the size chart in the photos. Not “what you usually wear.” The chart.
If you guess your size and it’s wrong, that’s on you...not us. :)

PRINT DETAILS – prints are always black.
• Printed using Black ink or vinyl depending on the design
• Adult prints: ~11–12 inches
• Youth prints: ~8–9 inches
• Always scaled to look right on the front of the hoodie up to a maximum of 12"

COLORS (IMPORTANT)
Mockups are for inspiration—not exact color matching.
➡️ Choose your hoodie color from the swatch chart ONLY
➡️ Do NOT rely on model photos
Screen settings vary, so slight differences can happen.

THE NOT-SO-FUN BUT VERY IMPORTANT PART
We know, we know, no one likes this section.
But this is the part that saves everyone a headache later.
By placing an order, you’re confirming you’ve read the listing and FAQs.
That means:
• You picked your size using the chart (not vibes)
• You chose your color from the swatch (not the model photos)
• You understand what you’re ordering (the correct hoodie brand, size and color)

Because of that, we do not offer refunds or replacements for:
• Wrong size
• Wrong color
• “I didn’t realize…” moments

We print exactly what you order.
We’re good… but we’re not psychic.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY (THE OTHER PART PEOPLE SKIP 👀)

We ship your order within the timeframe Etsy gives you. No surprises there.
Once it leaves us, it’s in the hands of USPS—and at that point, it’s out of our control.
So just to be crystal clear:

• Delivery dates are estimates, not promises
• We cannot guarantee arrival times
• Shipping delays happen, and they are not something we can fix from our end

If we could personally hand-deliver every package on time, we would.
But until cloning becomes a thing… USPS is the middleman.

IN PERSON? EVEN BETTER.
Headed to Gatlinburg? Come find us at the Mountain Mall (Floor F). Yes really – We’re not an overseas sweatshop throwing out junk, we’re a real family making cool stuff in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. ........ We’re also way more fun in real life!
