This unique wooden cremation urn is large enough to hold ashes of up to a 125 pound human or pet. Its unique sculptural design is made from the finest woods selected for strength, beauty and stability to honor the memory of your loved one.
The 'door' is held in place with a very precise proprietary cam mechanism and can be opened and closed by turning one screw. One of my many innovations to this unique and original design.

It will hold up to a 125-pound loved one. I make two other sizes appropriate for pets and adult humans.

I use a lacquer finish for this box, then I polish it with paste wax for the ultimate sheen and durability.

The finish I use is a water based KEM-AQUA from Sherwin Williams. I often use paste wax with steel wool to make the piece feel better to the touch and to bring out the sheen.
Very little care if any is necessary aside from removing dust occasionally. You can use an air canister if you like. You may also use any wax type of polish to bring out the sheen. If alcohol or a chemical gets on the piece, wipe off immediately. Letting a chemical sit will ruin the finish.
The leather lining, I use is a synthetic suede called Ultrasuede. It can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
