We ship items Monday - Friday Eastern Time. Holidays & weekends are not ship days, but feel free to order! Orders placed before 3:00 pm est, ship same day. If possible, we try to ship later orders too! We ship everything via USPS, with a delivery confirmation. Shipping normally can take 1 - 5 business days, however it can take longer. Please note during the Holiday Season the shipping time frame is expected to take longer. Please keep in mind that once an order has been shipped it is no longer in our hands. Vinyl And Tulle Supply cannot control shipping times and can only go by the estimated delivery dates given by the USPS. We will guarantee the ship date (unless issues or questions occur) but not the delivery date.

Due to the fast shipping of our company, we may miss a message prior to shipping your order. If your order is submitted by accident or with the wrong address you'll be responsible to pay for the return shipping on your order for the refund.
