Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer exchanges as a small business we cannot afford the cost of shipping. All sales are final. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We want you to be happy with your purchase and understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. In such cases, we may be able to accommodate a return. However, returns are subject to a restocking fee and the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Care Instructions for Raw Metal:

Raw metal will naturally develop a patina over time, especially when exposed to humidity. To keep your piece looking just the way you like it, we recommend applying a clear coat to prevent rust. We trust Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Crystal Clear Enamel Spray Paint for this. If you’d like to remove some or all of the rust that’s appeared, just rub your metal piece with a grade 3 steel wool pad—it’s that easy. To prep for paint or to remove fingerprints, a quick wipe down with acetone and a microfiber cloth will do the trick.

Each piece is carefully cut from either 14-gauge or 18-gauge metal (about as thick as a nickel) using our in-house CNC plasma cutter. We like to leave the metal raw, showcasing its deep gray tone for that authentic industrial vibe. Thanks to the natural characteristics of the material, every piece comes with its own unique markings, patina, and might even have a few scratches—so no two signs are exactly alike. You can choose to order the piece raw, allowing it to naturally patina over time. Once it reaches the look you love, we recommend sealing it with a clear coat of RUST-OLEUM spray paint. If you prefer, we can seal the metal for you with our Outdoor Clear Gloss finish or any of the signature colors you see in the listing.

Item is beautiful and just as pictured! This is the second stand I’ve bought from them. It’s less sturdy/heavy than their T-stands, but that’s to be expected with a smaller base. The pieces together have completely changed my jewelry display and I couldn’t love them more. A note due to my lack of attention: I didn’t notice that wood was not a part of the stand and that it was purely metal so I would just warn others against assuming.
