We can switch out items if you would prefer something else. We can also remove an item to lower the price or even add another item to increase your savings. ;)

All the steel pans are 16”. The aluminum pan listing has various sizes. Chinchillas need 14-16” (bigger the better), degus need 12-14” and large hamsters need 10-12”.

The Basic wheel is best if noise doesn't bother you or you cannot afford a more expensive wheel and your pet goes crazy without one!

The Original Soundless Spinner is the MOST affordable AND silent wheel. It is also lightweight.

The XTRA Soundless Spinner is the MOST quiet, the lightest wheel, maximizes cage space the best and has XTRA cage support. It’s unique x-mount reduces cage wobbling and prevents cage damage.

3.8-4" track works for almost all, but larger pets may need 5-6".

Please know you are responsible for keeping track of your order. If it is returned because of address issue or customs fee is not paid or if it is unclaimed, we can’t refund shipping and can’t refund any custom items. We will only refund item value if it is non custom & undamaged
We can’t see much info once it leaves the US so we recommend you contact your carrier/customs to make sure they deliver it to you.
If package is lost, damaged or stolen, you will need to file claim with carrier for refund. We ship UPS ground or or USPS priority for items 1 pound and over.
If your package is first class it does not have insurance and won’t be able to be refunded or replaced if lost. If you want to purchase insurance please contact me & we can help.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery and in new condition. If not, buyer is responsible for loss of value.
If it gets damaged at all then you would need to file claim for refund with whatever carrier you use instead of us, so I recommend getting priority or insured mail in case that happens

Please know all wheels are made to order. Our colored wheels are custom and have longer wait times than our non custom wheels. Check all listings for wait time. Some ship in 2-3 weeks and others take longer.

There are also no returns on custom wheels and cancellations must be made within 24 hours of a purchase. Buyers are responsible for shipping fees on products eligible for returns. All must be shipped within a week of arrival and in new condition. Any wheels that have been tampered with will no longer have any guarantee to them. Guarantee will be void.

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of a purchase. No cancellations will be accepted after and there are NO returns on custom items- custom wooden items/colored wheels/metal ledges and guards. If you do return an item after cancellation was refused there will be 30% restock fee and buyers are responsible for all shipping fees.

Due to recent shipping increases, residents in Alaska and Hawaii may have additional shipping fees on large orders or items only. Small items should be fine. I do offer refunds if shipping turns out being too high.

If you purchased multiple items, they will all ship together unless requested otherwise. We do not break up items in orders since etsy automatically schedules them to all ship together. Feel free to message if you have any questions ❤️

Also please know there can be lengthy delays based on where you live.
If you live in Australia, USPS is currently not shipping there so we can only ship with private carrier and shipping is much more expensive than listed. Please contact me for price.
You are also responsible for keeping track of you order, so if it is held at customs you can contact them before they ship it back to us. If it is shipped backed to us, you would need to pay shipping (and possibly customs) again to get it.
