Recently, I purchased the Nixie Tube Clock IN-14 Vintage Retro Table Clock. The clock is handsomely handcrafted, and I appreciate its uniqueness every time I look at the glowing ember-colored tubes, what a beautiful way to tell time. At first, it was difficult for me to set up. So, I reached out to Eugene from the product support dept. on several occasions. Eugene’s professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to satisfy me, the customer, was very impressive. His eagerness to provide complete customer satisfaction was exemplary! In fact, he even had his translator update the old version of the manual to a new one, it's easier understanding for those of us who live in the western world. I really appreciated that.
