***IMPORTANT INFORMATION***

It is my shop's policy to make sure you are happy with your order before it ships. Once your item has been painted I will send you a photo of it to make sure you are happy with it. I will ship it out to you only after I hear back from you. To prevent shipping delays, please check your ETSY messages regularly or leave me a phone number to contact you at, if you do not.

You have 24 hours to cancel an order. Once an order has been placed, refunds are not given after 24 hours, unless there is a problem on my end.

***ABOUT THIS ITEM***

This listing is for (one) hand painted coffee mug.

***ABOUT ALL GLASSWARE***

All glasses will be painted similar, not exact.

The painted glassware is baked in an oven which cures the paint permanently to the glass.

You can drink out of the glass as the paint is all on the outside of the glass and does not directly come into contact with the liquid you place in the glass. If you have any concerns please let me know? If you would prefer a glass to have one side where you can drink out of without your lips touching any paint please send me a message or specify that in the "note to seller" portion when checking out.

Hand washing is recommended. Wash in your dishwasher on the top rack only, at your own risk.

***PROCESSING TIMES & RUSH ORDERS***

Processing times may vary depending on my workload at the time. If you need something by a certain date it is your responsibility to let me know when ordering so I can then let you know if it is possible.

Rush orders are available for an additional cost. Rush orders consist of me painting an item in a week or less then shipping it out after hearing back from you. Remember, it is my shop's policy to send a photo of each item ordered, then to ship it out after I hear back from my customers so I know they are satisfied with their order.

Thank you so much for your interest in my item. If you have any questions please feel free to send me a message.
