How do I give you the personalisation instructions?

There is no need to request a custom order. Simply order as normal and leave a message in the 'Personalisation' field or 'Note to seller' field (during Etsy checkout) stating what you would like me to engrave on.

Leather bracelets: Make sure you protect the bracelet from water. This is very important as water will strip the oils from the leather, it will then stiffen and eventually crack. Magnetic clasp bracelets: the magnet in the stainless steel clasp contains iron which will rust if exposed to water reducing the effectiveness of the clasp.

Custom and personalised orders

Can I add more rings to my leather bracelet? It's possible but it very much depends on the type of bracelet you've purchased. Please message me to discuss the options.

How long will my order take to make?

My production time is 1-2 BUSINESS days.

How do I leave a review?

Gave this one to my husband on our wedding day - he had a very similar bracelet, but the custom rings on this one are a great extra. He was very happy and has not taken it off since. One minor issue: it has happened a few times that the bracelet opens by itself (the similar bracelet has the same type of clasp but that never happened), we have no idea why, I hope he doesn't lose it!

The seller was very responsive to my questions, love the quality of the bracelet and the fact that you can add more beads to the bracelet down the road…. It was, however, a bit hard to read the monogrammed names on the beads.
