DELIVERY POLICY
I will get stocked items in the post within 3 working days of order. Items made to order and out-of-stock items can take 1 week to despatch. I will let you know if it is going to take more than a couple of days to post items.

You will be notified by email via Etsy when your item is despatched.

The normal method of postage is specified at the bottom of the item description.

Royal Mail's expected postal delivery times:
UK: 3-5 working days from despatch (2nd class)
EU: 5-7 working days from despatch (International standard)
Rest of World: 7-10 working days from despatch (International standard)

Royal Mail's estimates for international delivery are optimistic, please allow an additional 2 weeks before assuming it has been lost, and note that delivery times may be extended by public holidays and during busy periods.

International deliveries are not considered lost until 20 working days (25 outside Europe) after the Royal Mail expected delivery date.
Parcels to the US are usually delivered in 2-3 weeks, however, a few may take longer.

International customers are responsible for ensuring the goods are acceptable in their country and for payment of all local taxes, customs duties, processing and import fees.

Postal delivery times exclude customs processing which the customer may need to arrange.

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct when placing the order. Because of seller protection rules, I will only ship to the address on the order. If a different address is requested after order, or the Etsy order address does not match the Paypal delivery address, I will unfortunately have to cancel the order and you will need to reorder using the correct address.

REFUND POLICY
I am a sole trader business, which means it’s just me doing all the work. I want my customers to be happy with the items they order. However, there are certain requirements that must be followed both to satisfy law and/or to protect my business. Please see below:

My items are mostly made with silver-plated findings and Tibetan silver alloy charms. These can naturally tarnish over time (like all silver including sterling silver). Each piece of jewellery comes with a care card to instruct you on how to keep your jewellery pieces looking good for longer.

If you have any questions on care or any problems with your item please contact me for advice as soon as possible via Etsy messaging. Please note I don’t always receive emails so please keep all discussions on Etsy convo messaging.

All my consumer sales on Etsy.com are subject to UK laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

The laws and regulations are complex and confusing. I have tried to explain simply how I uphold your consumer rights, but if you have any questions please contact me.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
The customer may cancel for any reason from the order until the end of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery to the customer.

Please inform me of the cancellation in writing. You must send your cancellation notice before the cancellation period has expired via Etsy Conversations. I would prefer you to use Etsy Conversations for all Etsy orders so that records of communications are available to Etsy's administration. You may use the Cancellation Form provided below but it is not essential. You are advised to retain proof of sending cancellation.

For cancellations, I will refund the order value (including shipping of the item to the customer), within 14 days of cancellation where goods have not yet been despatched, within 14 days of me receiving returned goods, or 14 days of giving me evidence of sending the item back. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. The customer is chargeable, up to the original order value, for goods that are not received back or are returned damaged.

Bundles, multibuy offers, and quantity discounted items will be counted as a single item for the purposes of refunds and cancelled in their entirety. Partial cancellation is available if the customer pays non-discounted pricing, including delivery, for uncancelled components as if they were separate items.

If goods are cancelled after despatch to the customer please refuse delivery once it arrives, without opening and the delivery service will return to sender. For International customers please write on RETURNED GOODS before refusing.

Cancelled goods that have been delivered to the customer must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation. Please return goods in a resaleable condition i.e. original packaging, clean, undamaged and with all extras such as organza bags, instruction cards etc.

Returns of cancelled items are to be arranged by the customer and are at customer cost. Returns are at customer risk and customers are recommended to ensure adequate packing and insurance for loss or damage in transit. A service with proof of posting and proof of delivery should be used.

For international returns from outside the UK please mark the parcel "RETURNED GOODS". You will need to attach a completed CN22 or CN23 form and include a copy of my invoice crossed through with "RETURNED GOODS" written on it. I cannot refund import duties or taxes paid by you for receipt of the goods into your country, you will need to do that yourself, please keep copies of all paperwork and proof of posting of returned goods to support your application for refunds of import duties and taxes.

Goods supplied as specials/personalised or custom to customer specification cannot be cancelled once the order has been accepted and cannot be returned for refund if unwanted or incorrect size was ordered.

The Right to Cancel does not apply to business purchasers.

UK law now requires that I provide, before ordering, a "form" for you to cancel your order. Please use this form, fill it in, scan and attach to Etsy Convo messaging. Please note you can use the form but it is not necessary:

FAULTY GOODS
Faulty Goods may be replaced, repaired, fully or partially refunded. The legal requirements are quite complex, but I am proud of my products and prefer a happy customer, so I will do what I can to rectify any problems reasonably.

Please contact me via Etsy convo messaging before making any faulty goods returns, we can agree a suitable course of action which may include return of goods at my cost or alternative action that does not require return of goods. I will not refund carriage costs for unauthorised returns.

I exclude responsibility for any damage caused by wear and tear, rough handling, incorrect care, heat, prolonged exposure to sunlight, chemicals, or water, unauthorised repair, rough handling or other inappropriate actions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I do accept some custom orders regarding changes to style, colour, size, charms etc. If you have something in mind, please message me and we can discuss your requirements and if I’m able to make something custom, you will be given a quote.

Personal Information: Etsy.com retains some customer and order information. I keep my own business records of customers, addresses and sales as required for UK tax and accounting purposes for a required length of time. I do not supply this information to other parties other than as necessary (for example an accountant and HMRC).

I operate from Northern Ireland which is part of the UK but is not the mainland. All sales subject to Northern Irish law (which is a common law and similar to English law), with disputes subject to resolution in UK courts. The language used will be English. Basis of all values is British Pounds Sterling. Dispute resolution is also available through Paypal, Etsy or card providers (depending on payment method used).

These policies do not affect the customer's legal rights.

I am under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with the contract.

Etsy listing pages are an "invitation to treat", not an "offer" by Blaqkat. Customer Order and Payment is an "offer" and Contract will not be formed until Order Acceptance by Blaqkat or dispatch of the goods (whichever is sooner). I reserve the right to decline an order.

Purchase of goods is subject to availability.
