Each shirt is custom and made to order, therefore we can only accept returns or exchanges if the item is damaged or defective upon receipt. If there are any issues or concerns with the quality of your item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Yes. If you like one of our designs, but prefer it on a different style (t-shirt, tank top, men's, women's, children's, long sleeve, hoodie, hat, leggings, etc), color or extended size, please contact us to discuss a custom order.

In some cases, the mail carrier may mistakenly deliver your package to the wrong address, or worse, someone stole it off your porch. This is an issue that I cannot help you with. You'll need to check with your local post office and even your neighbors, if that isn't too awkward for you. If that doesn't help you, you will have to file a Claim with the mail carrier to get your money back.
I know this is frustrating, but please realize that it has nothing to do with this shop. If the mail carrier says they delivered it and they didn't, it's their responsibility.
