PDF Sewing pattern - Women's autumn/winter dress LUCKY YOU (sizes 32–60)

-This mid-thigh dress is semi-fitted. The pattern is simple and without bust & waist darts.
-The neckline is finished with a distinctive and original collar. The dress has three-quarter sleeves and simple side seam pockets.
-The pattern for women’s (sweatshirt)dress LUCKY YOU is constructed in a professional program for clothing pattern development and it is available in sizes 32–60 (size charts are in the gallery).

-After purchase you will be able to download a PDF A4 pattern showing all sizes without seam allowances, a PDF file containing general info, and a ZIP file.
-The ZIP file contains other versions of the pattern (A4 pattern in individual sizes with seam allowances outlined & A1 pattern showing all sizes without seam allowances) and a sewing guide for your new pattern.
-Read the PDF file containing general info, where you can learn how to open the above-mentioned ZIP file.

-When printing your new pattern, be sure to select "Poster" and "100% scale/size" to print the pattern correctly.

-This pattern has undergone an extensive update. The design is still the same, but I have modified the pattern files to make sewing easier for you. What’s new?
-more sizes (the pattern is now available in 17 sizes)
-clear and easy to use sewing guide, which contains useful info and tips
-all sizes view of the pattern has thicker and visually differentiated lines (the pattern is easy to work with even if you print it in greyscale)

Skill level:
-This pattern is suitable for advanced sewers.

Recommended material:
This pattern is designed for elastic fabrics of medium thickness. You can use:
-elastic fleece
-suede knits (Nicky velour)
-sweater knits
-stretchy laid-in knits (make sure it really is elastic - some combed laid-in knits aren’t)
-elastic faux fur (it’s a good idea to ask sellers if the fabric is elastic or not when shopping online - sometimes you won’t be able to find out based on description and composition alone)
-it’s also possible to use warmkeeper (alpenfleece)
-You can (but you don’t have to) put buttons on the collar. I’ve used four 2 cm (3/4") wide buttons. Buttons on the sleeves are purely decorative. I recommend using eight 1.5 cm (5/8") wide buttons.
-You will also need one-sided fusible interfacing to reinforce the collar and pockets.
-You can also add thinner shoulder pads to your dress (a great idea if you are sewing with stiffer fabric).

The required amount of material:
(for 140 cm / 55" wide fabric)
-Sizes 32-38: 1.5 m (60")
-Sizes 40-46: 2 m (79")
-Sizes 48-54: 2.5 m (100")
-Sizes 56-60: 2.8 m (110")
-You will also need 100 cm (40”) of (140 cm / 55" wide) secondary fabric for hems and the upper collar layer.

There are four versions of this pattern:
-1st version: PDF A4 - Individual sizes view (with seam allowances outlined)
This pattern version contains pattern pieces with their seam & hem allowances. The stitching line is drawn in red, and the overall outline in blue. When using this version, cut the pieces exactly according to the template - blue outer lines. Do not add seam & hem allowances.
-2nd version: PDF A4 - All sizes view (without seam allowances outlined)
This version shows all sizes "in one picture" without their seam & hem allowances - multicolored lines in the pattern file are stitching lines. When using this version, transfer the pattern to the fabric and add seam & hem allowances. Only then cut out the pieces.
-3rd version: PDF A1/A0 – Individual sizes view (with seam allowances outlined)
This pattern version contains pattern pieces with their seam & hem allowances. The stitching line is drawn in red, and the overall outline in blue.

-4th version: PDF A1/A0 - All sizes view (without seam allowances outlined)
-You can choose what works best for you. One size view saves time during preparation - you do not have to think where and how much to add for the seams, because everything is already there. The large-format patterns do not need to be glued. You can print them on a home or office plotter or in one of the many copy centers.
