INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
I ship with Register Mail, the customer will receive a track code to monitoring the package. The track code in some countries is traceable only within the italian border.
I send a convo to let you know when the item will be shipped.

I ship wedding dresses with Poste Italiane Courier Service, the customer will receive a track code to monitoring the package.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: For shipments outside Italy the courier requests a phone number. Please include it in the notes at the moment of the order.

I need 1/2 weeks of work to made a single items (cocktail dress or a bathing suit). For multiple custom orders ( bridesmaids dresses) or wedding dresses I need 3/4 weeks of work.
If you have changed address or you prefere to receive the item in another place , please write to me to tell me the new address.

I am not responsible for damage, loss or postal delays.
Buyers are responsible for all customs fees or taxes and they are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from Italy.

MADE TO MEASURE
Every items is made to measure, I will work using your personal measurements, so you will wear something that it's made to fit you perfectly.
I will tell you how to measure your body in the correct way and which measurements I need to make the item.
It's important to be carefully, so I suggest you to ask someone else to help you with the process, so the result will be good. I need also the size that usually you buy in the shops/stores so I can do a comparison with your measurements.

HOW TO GET YOUR BODY MEASUREMENTS
You should be measured wearing only your undergarments, you need a tape measure. It's easiest to have someone else take your measurements but if you are alone just stand in front of a mirror so that you can see that you have the tape in the right position.
I need the following measures:
1) Above Bust - Measure the above bust all around the body at the level of your armpits (total circumference).
2) Bust - Measure the bust at the fullest part. Measure all around the body (total circumference).
3) Under the Bust - Measure under bust all around the body (total circumference).
4) Waist - Measure the waist where the body bends. It helps to bend side to side to identify exactly where to measure. You can put an elastic band around the waist to mark the correct placement.
5) Hip - Measure the hips at the fullest part, usually around the seat.
6) Front Waist Length - Start at the shoulder (right next to the base of the neck), and measure to the waist, measuring over the fullest part of the bust.
7) Shoulder to bust point: measure from your shoulder to your nipple
7a) To measure the distance between the nipples
8) Back Waist Length - Measure from the base of the neck (in the center, not the side), to the center of the waistline.
9) Shoulder to Shoulder: measure it horizontally in the back, from one shoulder bone to the other
10) Skirt length - measure in the front, from your natural waist to the point where you want the final lenght.
11) Waist to floor: measure natural waist to the floor. This measurement is for floor length dress/skirt so please remember to wear your heels if you plan to wear heels with the dress/skirt.
12) Total height - how tall you are
13) Size - the size that you usually buy.

ALTERATIONS
You can ask for some alterations, as shorter, longer, sleeveless, a different colour/fabric ect.
Obviously, always respecting the style of the creation.
