I never received my order after waiting weeks. The Seller promised it would ship then told me they would ask their "team" to check on my order. After I opened a case with Etsy, the Seller just refunded my money with no explanation and no further communication. I was excited to have this sign for my new home but now I am disappointed and feel foolish to have waited over a month for something that was never going to arrive.

I purchased one for myself and one for a friend. They are beautifully made. I get constant compliments when folks see the sign when I'm on Zoom.
