Delivery Policy

Dispatch is normally 1- 6 working days from order and you will receive notification from Etsy confirming the dispatch. I will let you know if I’m unable to dispatch within this timeframe and you have the right to cancel for a full refund if the new dispatch date is not suitable.

Current estimated delivery times (please note these times do not include delays at Customs):

UK: 1-4 working days from despatch
EU: 3-7 working days from despatch
Rest of World: 5-7 working days from despatch

Delivery times may be extended by public holidays and during busy periods, or disruption to services through adverse weather or strikes.

UK deliveries are not notifiable as lost until 10 working days after the Royal Mail expected delivery date.

International deliveries are not notifiable as lost until 20 working days (25 working days outside Europe) after the Royal Mail expected delivery date.

International customers are responsible for ensuring the goods are acceptable in their country and for payment of all local taxes, customs duty, processing and import fees.

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If a different address is requested after order, please request order cancellation, and place a new order with the correct address.

If your delivery location is a communal mail area and your parcel goes missing from this area, then I cannot be held responsible for the missing parcel and a refund/replacement will not be issued. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is secure.

Terms and Conditions

All our consumer sales on Etsy.com are subject to English laws, including the Consumer Rights act 2015, and The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Right to Cancel:
--------------------
The customer may cancel the order up to the end of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery to customer.

You must send your cancellation notice before the cancellation period has expired, ideally via Etsy Conversation. You may also use the Cancellation Form provided that can be emailed to me.

Cancelled orders will be refunded within 72 hours if goods have not yet been dispatched or within 72 hours of us receiving returned goods if the order has already been dispatched. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. The customer is chargeable, up to original order value, for goods that are not received back or are returned damaged.

If goods are cancelled after despatch to customer, please refuse delivery and the delivery service will return to sender.

Cancelled goods that have been delivered to the customer must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation. Please return goods in a resaleable condition i.e., original packaging and clean.

Returns of cancelled items are to be arranged by the customer and are at customer cost. Returns are at customer risk and customers are recommended to ensure adequate packing and insurance for loss or damage in transit. A service with proof of posting and proof of delivery should be used.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders

Digital downloads or e-mailed files.

For international returns from outside the UK please mark the parcel "RETURNED GOODS". You will need to attach a completed CN22 or CN23 form. I cannot refund import duties or taxes paid by you for receipt of the goods into your country, you will need to do that yourself, please keep copies of all paperwork and proof of posting of returned goods to support your application for refunds of import duties and taxes.

This shop displays goods which are advertised for sale and gives information about them. By advertising goods, we are inviting you to place an order. If you place an order, we are not obliged to accept that order and the contract between us will only be formed if and when we accept your order. Our acceptance of your order and the formation of a binding contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch the goods to you. Up until this point, there will be no contract in place between you and us, which means that neither you nor we will have any rights against or obligations towards the other, until the order is dispatched.
