100 % reclaimed antique heart pine lumber.

Grade: Premium: This is our top grade of Antique Heart Pine lumber. This will have very few small tight knots, very limited nail holes, exceptionally tight grain that will show a blend of the flat sawn and vertical grain patterns. There is no more beautiful reclaimed heart pine available than this.

Most of this Heart Pine wood is salvaged from buildings that were built about 150 years ago. In the mid to late 1800's, vast forests of virgin growth Longleaf Pine trees were harvested and used to build most of the large industrial buildings in the eastern part of the US. Now we are helping to preserve this heritage by reclaiming this amazing old wood and making it available to our customers.

The boards are about 3/4 of an inch thick. All boards have a ripped edge. The package includes width from 3, 4, or 5 inch and random length from 2 to 6 feet.
The boards are planed on both sides.

All the boards are kiln dried which gets rid of bugs and dries the wood to a certain moisture content.

The starting price is for 5 square feet.
