We are open to discussing customized pieces, including dinnerware sets. In the case of custom orders, a deposit of 50% is due upon beginning the order and the remainder is due at the time of shipping.

Every piece is unique, and no two are exactly like. It’s one of the very reasons people love pottery and prefer it over standard sets that you buy off the shelf.

I do my best to accurately represent each piece of pottery in my pictures, but your piece may differ slightly in color or shape because every piece is created individually.

That said, if what you get is not what you envisioned, you may ship it back to us at your own expense. The purchase will be refunded upon inspection of the safe return of the pots. There will also be a restocking fee of 10%.

Please open and inspect your pieces upon receipt, and report any damage to me within 7 days of receipt of your package. I will need a photo for insurance reasons, so please include that in your correspondence. I will replace any damaged work due to shipping issues or provide a full refund, minus shipping, if I receive photographic evidence for insurance.
