Why is shipping to expensive?

Shipping large items have continually increased in cost. Your shipping costs are either calculated directly through USPS based upon your zip code or a fixed rate based on average cost, and varies from item to item. We try to offer the very best price on shipping based on item size etc.

I got an alert that my order has shipped but there is no movement in tracking?

Once we are finished up with your order we begin prepping it for shipping, which may include paint touch up's and boxing multiple orders. It may take a few days to actually see movement.

Why does it take so long to get my order?

Our shop is run by just myself - my husband jumps in to help once a week. The majority of products are made-to-order. We typically have around 100 orders in our queue. We truly work as quickly as possible to get through orders as efficiently as possible.

Do you offer local pickup?

We sure do! Message us for a coupon code. Once your order is complete we will reach out to work out the best time to pick up or swing by for a porch pick-up.

I haven't received a status update on my order?

We do not send progress or status reports on orders unless there is an issue or significant delay. Please see your order confirmation to see the estimated delivery date.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only offer shipping to the contiguous United States.
