We always send a proofs prior to printing. If a proof is not approved in 24 hours we will consider it approved and send the item into production. If two options were given and we do not receive a response for the proof we will choose the option we think is best and send your item into production.

My package says delivered, or has been in transit for longer than expected

We understand how stressful it is to place an order and it not arrive. We send all of our items with a tracking number, please take your tracking number to provided post office (It can be DHL, Fedex, UPS and TNT) to have them locate your item. In the event that it is lost, it is the customers responsibility to file a lost package claim with the postal service we used to send your order. Please message us for options for recreating your order at a discounted price, we take each situation into consideration, but ultimately it is the customers responsibility to go through the postal service to resolve the issue. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

the product is fantastic. my sister was very pleased with the bowl and she especially love the raised bumps of glaze that made it obvious it was handcrafted and said that it was very fun just to hold and touch the bowl itself (thought its actual purpose was a mini ashtray). anyway, after a five-minute tirade about how amazing the bowl is from my ecstatic sister, I write this review in hope others will maybe be just as happy to know this 10/10 product.
