Yes I do! Each pillow cover, embroidery hoop art, and ornament are designed by me and meticulously embroidered by hand (no embroidery machines allowed!) which makes each piece one of a kind!

Ready made items will be shipped as soon as possible after payment is received. All orders will be shipped through USPS First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Priority Mail Express and come with a tracking number. Custom orders shipping times will vary depending on the nature of each order. Please contact me for more details. International orders vary in delivery time, from 1-4 weeks to arrive (give or take).

Returns, refunds, & exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to me. If you have any problems with your order please contact me immediately. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If an item is damaged during transit, please contact me immediately. A refund or replacement will be given upon approval (with photo proof of damage, in order that I may file an insurance claim) and return of damaged item(s).

HOW TO ORDER:
• First, message me a clear photograph of the handwriting sample you would like embroidered.
• Select your size preference and the number of words in your text from the drop down menu.
• Select the fabric and floss color combination you prefer.
• If you would like a custom color combination, please include the fabric color and floss color number in the "NOTES TO SELLER" section during checkout.
• The DMC Embroidery Floss Color Card, with a list of colors and their corresponding numbers, is available at http://www.camelia.sk/dmc_1.htm.
• Choosing the "Custom Color" option and not including your preferred fabric and floss colors in "NOTES TO SELLER" will delay the creation of your piece.

MATERIALS AND MEASUREMENTS:
• Fabric is 100% linen.
• Thread and embroidery floss are 100% cotton.
• Fits an 8 x 10" (shown), 11 x 14", or 16 x 20" picture frame (not included).
• Fabric and embroidery floss color combinations include white linen with black floss, natural linen with gray floss, heather gray linen with white floss, navy linen with white floss, black linen with white floss, and custom (you choose the fabric and floss colors).
• Images 1-2 are natural linen and gray floss.
• Images 4-5 are a custom color combination with white linen and pistachio green dark floss.

OPTIONS:
• If you have an idea for a design or if you like a design in my shop but would like it altered, please contact me and we can begin discussing the potential for a custom order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
• Please note that shipping speeds are ESTIMATES and do not include the time it takes to create your item.
• All shipments include a tracking number.
• Each item is wrapped in white tissue and tied with twill for gifting.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• All sales are final.
• All embroidery is hand stitched making each design unique. Because each pillow is handcrafted, sizes and designs may differ slightly.
• Because each design is hand embroidered, please spot clean only. Care and maintenance information can be found in my shop policies.
