My best advice for rings will always be to pop into a local jeweller and ask them to size for you as this will be the most accurate. Otherwise, if you live in Australia, purchase our reusable ring sizer. Cheap ring sizers can be bought in any country and are so useful. Ring too chunky? - If you'd like a ring face to be bigger or smaller, just shoot me a message. If it's possible, I'm more than happy to customise the proportions of your jewellery. Occasionally Sterling Silver jewellery can cause a slight green mark. This is normal and not a sign of poor quality. As sterling silver is made from 92.5% pure silver, and 7.5% Copper and Zinc for hardness and whiteness, this brief reaction is caused by the copper content and is totally harmless. If this occurs, please continue to wear for at least a week and you’ll find the natural oils from your skin will create a barrier on the silver that will prevent the mark. As this is normal with un-plated Sterling Silver, refunds will not be given for this reason, however do get in touch if you’re worried or need extra advice. I’m happy to help!

Please contact us if there is a problem with your Burning Rose Jewellery Co. piece. We will gladly fix or exchange faulty items. We do not accept returns for change of mind so please order carefully. Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery. We don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. All custom work is not eligible for returns or exchanges. Pierced jewellery is not eligible for return unless defective. Please be sure of your gauge size before ordering to avoid disappointment! Gauge sizes are listed under product descriptions. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

So cute! I adore this little gothic K pendant. April was kind enough to customize a small heart on the back of the pendant . Which besides looking great is my reminder to be loving to myself and those around me. The gothic font is really cool and the pendant itself is nice and thick with a great quality and feel.
