HOW ARE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS PRINTED?

I use a professional photo lab to print on premium archival photographic paper that is rated to last over 80 years without fading. Prints do not have a white border, although one can be requested prior to placing an order.

HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?

Smaller prints are shipped flat in rigid packaging. Larger prints are shipped in a rigid shipping tube. All orders are shipped with tracking. Shipping time to the USA is typically 2 to 7 business days. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. Shipping within Canada is via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Shipping to or near major cities in Ontario and Quebec typically takes 1 to 3 business days. To the rest of Canada, shipping may take up to 8 business days or longer, especially to smaller towns and more remote regions. Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post from professional lab in Australia. Shipping time is typically 2 to 4 business days.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Please contact me via an Etsy convo to inform me of the damage. Returns/refunds are not accepted for damaged items, however, I will send a replacement order free of charge. In some cases, a photograph of the damage may be necessary.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DELAYED?

USA: If your order hasn't arrived 18 business days after the shipping date, please contact me. CANADA: Please wait at least 3 weeks before considering a package lost. If this occurs, please contact me.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?

Returns and exchanges of unframed prints are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The following items cannot be returned for a refund: Canvas gallery wraps, framed prints, and large prints 30x40 inches in size or larger. However, if your order has been damaged in transit or if there is a quality issue, please contact me to arrange for a replacement. You may be asked to provide a photo for proof of damage.

WILL A TARIFF BE APPLIED IF I AM IN THE USA?

No. Although my shop is in Canada, I will be using a professional photo lab located in the United States to ensure that a tariff will not be applied to your purchase. I have worked with this printer for many years and their quality and customer service are exceptional.

HOW ARE CANADIAN ORDERS SHIPPED DURING THE CANADA POST STRIKE?

During Canada Post strikes, Canadian orders are shipped using one of the following couriers: Fedex, UPS, or Purolator at no extra cost.

The paper has a lustre finish, which has beautifully saturated colors, a subtle texture, and a slight sheen without being glossy.
