I do not accept returns and exchanges, but if on my fault the goods did not meet expectations we will discuss this issue. If the parcel arrived at the place of destination, but for some reason you could not pick it up and the postal service returned it back, I will refund the cost of the goods with the deduction of shipping costs to 2 parties, as well as the commission of bank transfers. All other issues are discussed on an individual basis. Hope for understanding. Sincerely, Marina.
