We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders placed by noon are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after noon are shipped the next business day—or even on Saturday—unless we’re attending shows that weekend. Please double-check your shipping address and make sure it’s up to date before placing your order. Since we ship quickly, let me know right away if you notice a mistake in the address! If your package is misdelivered, please get in touch with your local post office before the order is returned to us. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. you’ll need to pay for reshipping, or I can issue a refund minus the original shipping cost. Thanks!

Tips On Caring for your silver or gold plated findings and jewelry

1. Seal the surface with clear nail polish or Krylon crystal clear glaze. Check on Youtube for tutorial videos. 2. Minimize contact with water, sweat and chemicals: Do not wear them during shower, swimming, washing hands, spray perfumes on, exercising or anything that would require heavy physical work heavy physical works. 3. Clean plated jewelry with warm, soapy water. Soak it for a few minutes and gently wash them. Do NOT use jewelry cleaners and antibacterial soaps which may make gold or silver plated jewelry tarnish more quickly.

Yes, we do accept custom orders for chinaware pieces that hold special meaning to your family! Young has created several custom designs at shows for both dealers and regular customers—they love his work! If you're in the area where we're hosting a show, feel free to bring your chinaware with you. If not, you can send us clear photos of the piece, and we’ll provide an estimated cost for the finished jewelry. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me!

Etsy does not notify me when a specific option in a listing goes out of stock. We also keep limited quantities online since we attend many shows throughout the year. International Shipping and Weight-Based Rates

We use Pirateship to buy USPS postage and don’t add any handling fees. The rate covers packages up to 8 oz. Ten mermaid clasps weigh about 7 oz, so if you're ordering more, try to stay under 8 oz to avoid higher postage. If you’re unsure about the weight, especially for a first-time order, please send a screenshot of your cart and your city/country. I’ll pre-weigh the items and give you an estimate. Pirateship also offers a discounted method via a U.S.-based partner, saving $6–7. However, I haven’t used it due to longer shipping times, tracking issues, and limited support. If you are interested, please let me know. Etsy shows USPS rates; any overage will be refunded if savings apply. Feel free to contact me with questions.

Why don’t you ship to EU countries?

Due to new EU packaging, recycling, and compliance requirements for overseas sellers, we have temporarily stopped shipping to EU countries. These regulations require separate registration and fees in each country, which are difficult for a small business to manage. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. We hope to offer EU shipping again if a practical solution becomes available.
