SHIPPING:
Most orders complete 1-2 business days to process from the time of purchase (GMT)
We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sundays or holidays. Your order will be shipped
with standard ground unless another option is selected. Signature upon delivery is not required, therefore
YASEMIN BIBIN IMAGINE is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.

We do ship from Various countries on various times depending on stock availability.
As UK being our Main HQ most orders will be shipped,
Mainland Royal Mail home delivery: 2-3 Business days
Special delivery: next business day
From time to time we do send from our factories that are internationally based therefore delivery timings will be
5-12 days and costs will vary.

International Returns

SHIPMENT INFORMATION:
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Orders that are designated for shipment to outside the U.K may be subject to local taxes, duties and fees levied by the
designation country (‘’import fees’’).
The recipient the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import Fees.
If you refuse a shipment from YASEMIN BIBIN IMAGINE, you are responsible for the original
shipping charges, any import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be
deducted from your merchandise refund.

RETURNS:
To initiate a return within 14 days of the delivery date, please contact us via e-mail.

YASEMIN BIBIN IMAGINE will happily accept refunds on unwashed, unworn, defective merchandise with tags attached
for a full refund within 20 days of purchase date.

YASEMIN BIBIN IMAGINE currently does not process will not process international returns.

If agreed YASEMIN BIBIN IMAGINE is not responsible for shipping and handling costs on returned items.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for packages that are refused by customers nor will YASEMINBIBIN IMAGINE be
responsible for re-shipping refused packages.

We are unable to process returns for any YASEMIN BIBIN IMAGINE items purchased from an outside retailer that
is not related to us.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of the receipt of your return. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Upon the receipt of returned good, YASEMIN BIBIN IMAGINE reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not
meet policy requirements.

Please note all items on sale are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
Contact us via email to request a return.
Enter the order number you wish to return. (this can be found on the order confirmation e-mail) and e-mail address.
All accepted returns must have tracking numbers. Returns without tracking numbers will not be accepted.
