♥ Making Changes ♥

In order to request a change to either your order details or shipping address, please send a message to us within 6 hours of placing your order. Please include as much detail as possible to avoid any unnecessary delays. Once we receive your request, we will promptly reply to confirm whether or not the change is possible. If your order has been shipped, we have no way to re-direct the package to a different address. In this case, your best option is to place a new order with the correct shipping address. Please note that a refund (minus original shipping charge) will be issued only if the original package is returned to us.

♥ Return Policy ♥

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order and buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. Please ship item(s) back to us within 14 days of delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

♥ Collar Size Guide ♥

Small: adjustable 5” to 8” Medium: adjustable 7” to 10” Large: adjustable 9” to 12” Note: Width is 3/8” for all sizes.

Medium size is the average size for adult cats. We normally recommend the small size for kitties less than 1 yr old. However, measuring your cat's neck is the best way to choose the right size. It should be about 1-2 fingers gap in between the collar and cat neck.

♥ Hardware Color ♥

All D-rings and length adjusters are silver color only and black breakaway buckles will be used for all orders.

♥ Lost or Stolen Packages ♥

Once items are shipped, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen if the tracking states "Delivered". Please kindly contact the USPS Customer Care Center at 1-800-275-8777 for further assistance. ♥ Item Details ♥

- Our bow ties are NON-REMOVABLE, but movable.

- The cat bow tie collar has a D-ring which allows you to attach a pet tag or a bell.

- Our soft 100% cotton fabrics provide maximum comfort and fit to your cat.

- Mid-weight fusible interfacing is used to add support and thickness to fabrics without losing the flexibility. Our collars and bow tie collars are not only soft, but also durable and long-lasting.

- Plastic safety breakaway buckles are used for your cat's safety. If the cat collar catches on something, the cat's struggling action will cause the buckle to open, freeing the cat. Not for use with leashes.

♥ Buckle Option ♥

- If you don't want a breakaway buckle, please leave a note when you place an order. We will use a NON-breakaway buckle for your order.

*** We do not recommend using our cat collar with a leash even if it has a NON-breakaway buckle. ***

♥ Washing Instructions ♥

- The best way we recommend is gentle hand wash. Please do not machine wash our products because it may damage the products. Gently hand wash your collar with cold water. You can use mild detergent or a laundry soap bar to clean your collar. Lay your collar flat to dry after washing, then low heat iron using a protective cloth for better results.
