Estimated shipping times Based on 2025 past-year averages, not guaranteed shipping times. • US: ~7 days • Canada: 1 to 7 days • EU: 7 to 14 days • Aus/NZ: ~14 days Upgraded shipping is available at checkout. It speeds up transit after dispatch, but processing time remains the same. Taxes and customs Etsy collects most Sales Tax/VAT for the EU, Canada, and the US, so you should not be charged again on delivery. For other countries duties or import fees are set by your country and are your responsibility.

I am unable to offer engraving services. You can have your piece engraved at a location convenient to you, but please be aware any alterations to Plum & Posey jewelry renders it non-returnable.

Our antiqued finish is applied in small batches, and our designs are given a final hand-polish before shipping. This may result in variations of the shades of our antiquing (oxidization) from one piece to the next; this is part of the beauty of handcrafted and not considered to be a quality issue.

I stand by the quality of my work. If there is a problem caused by my workmanship, I will repair or replace your piece free of charge. Damage from accidents, normal wear over time, misuse, alterations, or repairs done by anyone other than Plum and Posey Inc is not covered. If a repair is still possible, I am happy to help for a small fee. Chains are not repairable. I do not make the chains in house, so they are not covered under the workmanship warranty. If your chain breaks or is damaged within 60 days of purchase, I will replace it. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Plum and Posey Inc is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

To keep your piece looking its best: • Avoid silver dips or chemical cleaners. They will damage the finish. Use a soft jeweler’s cloth only. • Remove jewelry for sleep, swimming, showers, sports, and heavy work. • Put jewelry on last after perfume, hairspray, lotion, and makeup. Take it off first. • Store in the included bag in a dry place. Vermeil care: Gold vermeil is gold over sterling silver. Keep it dry and avoid chemicals and rubbing. Never use jewelry cleaners. Use the included cloth and polish very lightly. If it fades over time, contact us about re-plating.
