I have very curly long hair and I've been wearing a regular cotton/poly buff to bed for years. The buff stays on better than all of the other bonnets and shapes that I've tried and does a decent job protecting my hair, but this silk lined one is a huge improvement! My second day frizziness is way down and it especially protects the fine hairs at the back of my neck that used to always get very knotted. It stays on all night and is very comfortable.

this is a high quality item, I have another sleep cap that is similar but lacks the ties. I prefer this one because it ties around my bun and is more secure on my head throughout the night even under my CPAP!
love this...but wish it was a little longer for longer hair.
