Item was fulfilled just as requested. When I first placed the order I realised that the message I had chosen to personalize the journal with was wrong (I forgot to push save when I edited ) so, I messaged the co. And they were quick to respond and thus, it turned out exactly like I wanted. Really great. The person loved it !
