I have had feedback from customers that sometimes Etsy’s auto download system does not work properly. So to bypass the download system, I will also send your patterns to you in a separate email.

So please do not fret if you encounter problems with Etsy’s download, a pdf copy will also follow shortly in an email from me. I send emails daily so you should receive your patterns or a message from me within 24 hours.

If you are a registered Etsy user, the Etsy website will save your download purchases so you can download them as many times as you wish. To do this:

1. Log in to your Etsy account on Etsy.com

2. Click on “You” (top right)

3. Choose “Purchases and reviews”

4. Find the order. Click on “Download Files” (to the right of the order)

5. The file will go to your “Downloads” folders
