To maintain the beauty of your ByYaeli jewelry, salt water, chlorine (swimming pools), cosmetics such as perfumes and creams, as well as all heavy detergents and cleaning agents should be avoided.

Gold-filled is an actual layer of gold that is bonded by pressure to another metal. It does not flake off, rub off, or change in color. Almost anyone who is prone to allergic reactions in jewelry and wears gold can wear gold-filled jewelry worry free!

Unfortunately, this has also led to counterfeit products becoming available online that use my exact photos. To ensure you are always buying an original nickel-free genuine gold or silver plated ByYaeli piece that was handcrafted with love and care, please follow the guidelines below: ★Always purchase directly from my ByYaeli Shop. ★Make sure the photos of the byYaeli pieces you are seeing include the ByYaeli logo.

Original ByYaeli products can be identified by the following ways:

★ The counterfeit product is colored with gold or silver paint, rather than being plated with genuine gold or silver. ★The counterfeit item is 2-3mm thick, while original ByYaeli pieces are delicate 0.6-0.8mm thick. ★The counterfeit item is shiny, whereas original byYaeli pieces have a matte satin quality finish. ★ByYaeli original pieces are all handcrafted from brass and are cut by hand using advanced technology, skill, and love, which allow for a delicate smooth and precise finish of the design. The dragonfly necklace was super cute. Just what I was looking for. However, I had a bad reaction to the metal used on the pendant and the charm at the clasp. The chain was fine. Contacted the owner and was offered a return, however, I would have to ship international back to her...which just wasn’t worth it. Sadly I can’t wear the necklace and am now stuck with it.

I use only original 100% sterling silver chains and my pendants made of brass with 10 micron of reel silver plating. It is important to note that my jewelry is worn by many people who are sensitive to various metals without any allergic reaction. I've offered the customer a full refund based on store policies.
