What is your return/exchange/cancellation policy?

If there is any issue with your order, please contact me as soon as possible and we can try sort out any issues. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs for returns. Returns or refunds are not offered on custom orders. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I am happy to include a note for a gift recipient! Because items need to be packed in bubble wrap to minimize damage, most of my items can not be sent gift-wrapped. Due to the unique sizes of some of my items, and in an attempt to cut down on costs for customers and to be as environmentally friendly as possible, I will use recycled boxes whenever possible. This might mean that your item will be shipped in a box that has been assembled by me to best fit the item rather than in a brand-new box, but all items are packed as securely as possible to minimize the chance of any damage. If you have a preference regarding the condition of the box that your item is shipped in, please send me a message and we can work out a solution!

Can you alter an existing listing?

Sure! If it is a small change you need (to change the color, for example) there is no extra cost. If there are any changes to the design that will affect the size of the item, the cost might increase. Contact me with your ideas and I'll be happy to give you a free, no obligation quote!

The piece shown above has been finished in a custom, all-natural, no-VOC finish to make it food safe and chemical free. Food safe finish options are shown in a labeled photo above. Please note that the shade of the food safe finish can vary throughout the piece as its reacts to the different cuts of wood. Regular stain options are also shown above.

All items are custom-made from premium wood, which means that while your item will be consistent in basic appearance, color, and measurements, there could be a slight variance due to the differences in wood grain.
