Custom and personalized orders

All of our orders are custom and personalized. Please make your color and font selections carefully. For example....The "fancy" font may seem like a good idea, but if you have a long name, it usually does not work. Likewise, blue on black is very subtle. If you are looking for something to stand out, it is not the right combination for you. So... please choose wisely.

Often we have a have a question regarding your order. We have found that many of our customers do not check their convos and or email on a regular basis. If you are one of those people PLEASE leave your phone number with your order, so we can get in touch. Thank you !!!!

Additional information about processing time and shipping

All of our items are (custom made.) Our times are clearly noted and are business days. If you have a need for your item sooner than the stated shipping date stated PLEASE let us know in advance and we cn see IF we can accommodate you (which we usually can.) Writing to us two day before you are leaving for Paris causes us much anxiety because we can't humanly get your tags from PA to CA. We can only commit to shipping when promise. We cannot guarantee a certain day at which the package is to arrive, so please order accordingly. You can consult the USPS website for their estimations. We ship from zip cod 18940 We cannot guarantee what USPS will do or what route your package will take after it leaves us, at the Post Office.

Other important information

Our single sided embroidered can have a maximum of 15 characters (one line.) This is for aesthetic purposes, to keep the tag from "warping." If needed, for example, your name and phone number, please choose our double sided tags (15 characters on each side.) If you would like your name and entire address, we have great printed tags that would be perfect for you and you can have an (almost) unlimited character count (within reason.) We don't embroider logos at all, but we will print them (as long as they are not copyrighted or trademarked.

Custom and personalized orders

We love to communicate. It goes both ways. If you have a question always feel free to contact us via ETSY convo, phone/ text 215-870-0028 or email newtowncustom119@yahoo.com . I have been know to send an email from the middle of the ocean :) Again, we on occasion we have questions. If you have placed an order are not an obsessive Convo/email checker (like I am) you may want to leave your telephone number with your order. We strive to give the best customer service possible. Let us know how we can help you !

If you send us an ETSY CONVO, we answer it in (usually) less than an hour or so. Do not count on your email to receive an answer because occasionally from email to email the answer goes to your spam (depending on how you have set your filters.) Please come back to Etsy and check you actual CONVO. We are available (for the most part) seven days a week. We can always be reached by phone 215-867 0015 (but please remember we are in Pennsylvania, so it's Eastern Standard Time. : ) )

Double sides tag - details.

We are frequently asked if both sides can have different text. The answer is yes. We know you want the name on one side and phone number on the other. Also, you all the tags DO NOT have to be the same. Each tag can different. In the text box just put a slash between the text for the two sides eg.. Jones / 215-Pi2-1242 .

Our Luggage tags “bag-tagz” are personalized and embroidered for your luggage, backpack, gym bag, camera bag or any bag you need to personalize. How often have you been to the airport or cruise port and not been able to easily find your luggage going around (and around) that carousel or in that sea of bags at the cruise port? Bag-Tagz solve that problem.

These make great gifts for weddings, showers, graduation, team gifts, teacher gifts, and are a must have for travelers. Use it for musical instruments, lunch bags, purses, computer cases, sports bags, beach bags, or any other type of bag that you might want to identify or jazz up. Our tags are made of the heavy duty Polypropylene Webbing which is UV, water and mildew resistant. The tags have a screw lock stainless steel cable ring which attaches securely to the luggage handle or strap.
The maximum number of characters is 25 (including spaces.) For longer names, we use the compact font to fit the letters in the required space. The more letters, the more condensed the look. Please contact us with any questions.

I got luggage tags for myself and a tag for my mom’s wheelchair. Despite the fact the sellers warned me they had a delayed shipping time at that moment, they still arrived incredibly fast. Very friendly people to work with. I’ve bought from them a number of times before and none of the tags I’ve gotten show any signs of wear and tear. Great quality product.
