I've got US size range. -> NON BRAND, VANS - For non brand i use Vans Size Chart - check the table in the each listing. Check insole length! ->CONVERSE has little bigger size chart, i'll sent you a right chart and ask about a right size! (if you don't confirm your Converse size I'll send you MEN'S US SIZE) NON BRAND - SIZE: All shoes are from Poland, some of them may have printed EU or UK size, which is not relevant to the US size chart which I use, because different brands have their own charts. ONLY INSOLE LENGTH provides all sizes! So please check your foot length and compare to the US size chart from my listings.

Shoes are hand painted using High grade acrylic paint. I use a special textile paint designed to be flexible on fabric. The paint is water proof . But if you want to keep them for a long time you should wash it by hands. Also shoes are washable in 30 degrees.

Processing (painting) time = 1-2 weeks + Shipping time (FedEx) -to the US/Canada = 2-10 working days - usually 1 week -in EU = 2-14 working days - usually 1 week -Australia/ New Zeland = 3- 30 working days -Asia + rest of the world =3 - 30 working days LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER ASAP OR FOR A SPECIFIC DATE!!! I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Since international mail is affected by several circumstances, we can't solve delivery delays cases, before a period of 30 days from shipping date. Please understand that, once the package is sent, transit times, custom delays are totally beyond our control.

I understand that buying shoes online can be difficult, so most items are returnable. However, every pair is handmade especially for you by a very small independent artist, so please check the size chart carefully before ordering and feel free to ask any questions. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be completely new and unworn. If the product shows signs of use or damage, the refund may be reduced depending on its condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. I do not accept COD returns. For returns sent from outside Europe, customs fees I must pay upon receiving the package may also be deducted from the refund amount.

Customs Duties and Returns

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may apply in their country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are beyond my control. If a buyer refuses to accept a delivered order due to customs duties or any other reason, and the parcel is returned to me, I am required to pay for the return shipping. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for these costs. Any refund issued will be reduced by the return shipping fees and any other expenses I incur as a result of the refusal.
