No, none of these pens are retractable. In order to use your converted pen for diamond painting, moving parts have been removed so as to give you a stable and firm drill placement.

I ship orders twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Your order will be shipped out no later than 5 business days after you have placed your order.

Due to an increase in postal service mishandling issues, I will no longer be replacing or refunding money for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen.

All packages are automatically tracked through USPS and if they have been “delivered” per their website, then the matter is out of my control and must be taken up with the post office.

I stand behind my product and packaging practices. I can assure you that it is in pristine condition upon leaving my home.

If you are purchasing a one-of-a-kind item, the last in stock, or you just do not want to have to purchase your items again if they are damaged by the postal service, I suggest you upgrade your shipping to priority mail. This comes with insurance that will cover $50 of damage.

As with all specialty pens that have interchangeable tips, sometimes you will have a tip that is not fitting snug enough. If this happens, simply put a piece of thin tape like washi tape or masking tape around the bottom of the tip that inserts into the pen.

We have chosen to offer shipping to our customers who are overseas as a convenience to them. This is an option that can bring about issues when it comes to the shipping options that we are provided. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to track international packages after they leave the United States if you choose the lowest priced shipping that is offered. We are at the mercy of the postal services. International packages are tracked by Etsy and we are only able to forward to you the information that they give us. If you are concerned about the arrival of your package, we suggest that you upgrade your shipping choice to priority international so that it can be tracked beyond the United States borders. We have seen it take up to six months for a package to arrive to some smaller countries. This is not typical, but it could happen. Once we ship your package, we are unable to refund shipping costs. If you are unable to wait the extended time that it could take to get to you, we suggest that you cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. If you find that you want to upgrade your shipping method, please contact us before it ships so that we can adjust your shipping cost to what you prefer.
