Do you have pets in the home?

Yes, I have one small dog but she doesn't come in contact with any fabric or materials.

Do you ship on Saturdays?

Yes, I do ship on most Saturdays. I try to get every order shipped as soon as possible.

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

As a homemade crafted item-there may be flaws that are minor for creation and sewing. If you encounter a problem please contact me. I am easy to work with and above all just want you to be happy with your purchase from me.

Do you make clothing for adults or children?

No, I don't make clothing for people at this time. I usually don't have extra fabric large enough for human clothing. I purchase most of my fabric in small amounts. Doll clothing requires small pieces of fabric so I usually just buy a yard of fabric or less to work with.

Will the order include a price or an invoice?

I will never include a price or invoice receipt with any order. If you are purchasing this as a gift there is no need to worry about an invoice when the package is delivered.

I don't wear perfume or scented lotion. Your order will arrive without any scents or smells.

I always use brand new fabric and materials for all of my doll clothes. I do not use vintage or re-purposed fabric.

Do you make skirts for the Plush Red Christmas Elf Doll

Yes, I do have a few skirts available in my shop that fit the 19 inch Plush Elf Doll.

I try to ship all orders as soon as possible. Most of my items are already made and will ship same day or next. I use USPS First Class for all orders. I have 2 USPS Priority upgrade options available if you need a quicker delivery. All orders shipped within the United States will come with a tracking number. Please allow extra time around Christmas because of the volume of mail that the USPS is moving and for winter weather delays. USPS First Class Mail International - Deliveries generally take between 7–21 days to arrive, although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both. Tracking may not be available for all countries.
