Contact me within 3 days of delivery for Return Authorization. Item must be complete, and unused. Buyer pays return shipping. You must send tracking information. Upon successful return, Etsy will issue your refund.

I deliberately keep all items fragrance free, so every dye, cleaner, and solvent in my workshop is unscented and hypoallergenic. I recommend All Free & Clear to handwash cotton items, and Eucalan Unscented for wool items.
