When should I expect my order to be shipped?

While I will do my best to process orders much faster than the ship by date, the 3-4 week ship by date is the longest your order will take to ship. If you need an item quicker, please contact me prior to purchasing an item to see if a faster turn around can be arranged.

How long after shipping should I expect my order to arrive?

While orders usually arrive quicker, US mail can take 1-2 weeks to arrive. International mail and customs may take up to 2 months. If an item has not arrived after this amount of time from the ship date, please contact me.

Can Items be resized?

Within reason, most items can be resized. Please contact me prior to purchase to inquire about the availability of resizing. I do not accept resizing or customization at all times. Please contact me for availability.

I ordered during a sale and forgot to use the code. Can the code be applied after the fact?

No. Codes cannot be retroactively applied.

I forgot to change my mailing address can you mail it to a new address instead?

Unfortunately, we are unable to mail to any mailing address other than the address on the order. Please make sure to check and ensure this address is correct before ordering. If you purchase to an address that is not the correct one, please contact me as soon as possible to rectify this.

Custom and personalized orders

I do not combine orders during big sale weekends. Please contact me as soon as possible in order to see the availability of combining orders. Make sure you send me a separate etsy message (not in order notes) with the order number of both orders.

I have an issue with my order

If your order is anything less than a 5star order, please contact me in order to rectify the situation. Items may contain slight flaws and while I do my best to catch any imperfections, I occasionally miss some. Please send me detailed pictures of the items that are flawed in an etsy message. I will happily correct the issue!

I've never stenciled before, how do I use them? /What inks or tools do you use?

I would LOVE to help you get started on your stenciling journey! While you can absolutely message me any questions you have, the best place to look is on my social media platforms! My facebook group (The Order of the Planner Stencils) contains live videos using a wide variety of stencils & tools. Check out Instagram and Tik Tok (@ootpstencils) for short clips & picture inspiration! My Youtube channel (@ootpstencils) will be relaunching later this year! I use a wide variety of media depending on what type of craft I'm working on! In journals, my favorite brand of ink for beginners is Tim Holtz Distress Oxide. Seller's description

Specifications

May include: A white plastic stencil of a spider web with a black plastic spider with an orange gem on its back.

**Please note, these stencils are thin to allow flexibility around various craft projects. Please see the listing video for thinness and flexibility. These are not thick, inflexible stencils.**

Add a little bit of unique flair to your planners, journals, Bujos, or scrapbooks with the Spider Web Stencil! Perfect for Halloween! Each stencil measures approximately 5.75"x5.75"

Custom Stencils are available.**All Stencils are made with a flexible plastic material. They are re-useable and washable with most materials. Some materials may slightly stain the plastic, though this should only be a cosmetic issue, not a functional issue.**

-Current turn around time is 2-3 weeks. This is the time it takes to process & make your order. I always try to be under this time frame.
