Custom and personalised orders

You can personalise your items by selecting a custom name/role of date option from the listing menus. Make sure to also select the correct number in the quantity box to your requirements. Add the custom details to the personalisation box below the menu. We can cut out almost anything in vinyl for you - do get in touch if you have a specific idea or sign you need.

What can the decals be applied to?

The decals will stick to any smooth surface. They are suitable for application to glassware, plastic, wood, metal, paper and card. You can use them to customise bottles, gift boxes, gift bags, flasks, pencil tins, phone covers, lap-tops, pallets, picture frames, mirrors... the options are varied!

Can I Return My Order?

Personlaised items can not be returned. Non personalised items can be returned. If you do need to make a return please contact us through Etsy within 14 days of receiving delivery. We will then provide details on how to make the return. Please ensure the items are unused / and in their original packaging as used items cannot be refunded. Please note you are responsible for the cost of returning the items and we suggest you use a recorded/tracked return shipping service as items lost in return mail cannot be refunded. For more information please see our shop polices.

When Will My Order Arrive? (non UK orders)

We want your order to be with you as quickly as possible, so it is important to consider the shipping options before you place your order. International standard shipping takes on average 5-20 working days to arrive depending on your country. USA orders are now shipped with a tracked service as standard, information on how to track will be sent with your dispatch note. This takes on average 7-10 days to deliver. European deliveries are around 5-7 working days, with 8-15 working days to major countries like Canada, Australia & New Zealand. Please note that customs clearances and busy periods (e.g. run up to Christmas) may affect the overall delivery times. Any Customs/VAT charges due on receipt are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Liability For Non UK Orders

Where possible we aim to dispatch your order using an international tracked service. You will be able to track your order & we will take full responsibility if your order is lost during transit. Sometimes, delays occur which are beyond our control, but we endeavour to work with you to resolve any issues. Please reach out to us in the first instance if you notice any issues with your delivery, and we can investigate this for you.

UK Orders And Delivery

UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail 2nd class post which on average takes 2-3 working days after dispatch. At the checkout you can upgrade to Royal Mail 1st class post which on average takes 1-2 working days after dispatch. The above services do not provide tracking. If you require tracking of your order, then you will need to upgrade at the checkout to either a tracked 24 or 48 hour service at the checkout. These services provide a tracking number but do not guarantee delivery within the 24 or 48 hour time period. If you require your order urgently, you can upgrade to tracked Special Delivery which is next working day after dispatch (there are exceptions to next day delivery mainly outlying remote locations within Scotland).

How Is Postage Cost Calculated?

You just pay ONE FLAT RATE postage fee for items ordered from my shop. Even if you order multiple quantities of an item from our shop or several items from our shop, you pay the same postage fee as if you were ordering just one item. However if you buy items from another seller's shop on Etsy you will also have to pay the additional postage costs they charge. So check out all of the items in our shop first and if you can't see what you are looking for get in touch with us and we might be able to make it for you as a custom order!

Do You Offer A Fast Delivery Option?

Non UK Deliveries ------------------------ We use DHL express air, please get in touch with us prior to ordering and we will be able to give you a price and likely timeframe. If you are in the USA - DHL AIr Express normally takes 2-4 working days. UK Deliveries ------------------ In the UK we are able to offer a next working day after dispatch service using Royal Mail Special Delivery (postcode exemptions do apply for some remote areas of Scotland and Scottish Islands). This service is available as an upgrade at the checkout.

Important Shipping Info.

If upon delivery of your order you find there's an issue (items missing / damaged) please get in touch with us within 4 working days of delivery. In such instances we will require photos of the packaging & any damaged items so we can fully investigate & rectify the issue. If your item is returned to us by the shipping provider as non deliverable, we will contact you through Etsy & require you to pay additional postage to resend your order. We will retain your items 21 days & after that the returned items will be destroyed, If you wish to track the progress of your order through the delivery network, please ensure you choose a tracked delivery service at the checkout. Standard shipping options are not trackable.

2 - SIZE GUIDE

• Wedding Name & Role Vinyl measurements:

- Approx Height: 1.25" - 2" / 30-50mm
- Maximum length: 3.5" / 90mm (e.g. Bridesmaid, Maid of Honor)
- Minimum length: 2.5" / 65mm (e.g. Bride, Groom).

Roles will be positioned to ensure best fit in relation to the name length

• We are a family business and have been cutting vinyl professionally since 2005 and only use quality grade vinyl and large format industrial cutting machines. This allows us to cut your decal precisely and quickly allowing us to provide you with a fast 1-3 working day turnaround time.

• All cutting, weeding and application of the release paper is undertaken by us in-house. This allows for complete quality control, plus when we say your order is dispatched, we know it has been because we dropped it off to our local post office in person and got the t-shirt to prove it, well perhaps not a t-shirt, but we did get a Certificate Of Posting :)

4 - HOW TO ORDER

Step 1 - Colour

• From the pull-down menu titled " Primary Colour" select the colour of decal you require for your glass

• Using the "Quantity" pull-down menu, select the TOTAL number of decals you require.
Remember a name & role counts as ONE decal

• Use the personalistion box to list the Name + Role you require for each decal purchased.
Please enter the NAME first - followed by the ROLE for that person. Separate each name/role combination with a comma

eg Gemma - Bride, Lauren - Bridesmaid,

• Check everything is correct and then click on "Add To Basket"

Step 2 - Checkout Stage

• IMPORTANT

At this stage you must:
a) Check that ALL names and roles are spelt correctly as the decals will be made as per your entry.

b) Choose your shipping option(s) including any upgrades to Tracked etc

c) Check your shipping address is current.

d) Make payment for your order (Paypal, Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Etsy gift Certificates accepted).

Step 3 - Post Payment

• IMPORTANT - You will receive email confirmations once you have placed and paid for your order. Please keep an eye on your Etsy account after you have placed your order in case we need to contact you concerning your order. DOUBLE CHECK your delivery address details, as sometimes if you have recently moved the details are not updated.

Step 4 - Printing & Shipping

• Normal turnaround time between ordering your decal(s) and being dispatched is 1-3 working days.

• Any changes to this will be posted in the shop announcement page.

• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

5 - SHIPPING INFORMATION

The following shipping durations are average ones based on past deliveries and may increase at busy times of the year, like Christmas.

UK OPTIONS (Royal Mail)

• 2nd Class Royal Mail – delivery is normally 2-3 working days after dispatch

• 1st Class Royal Mail (upgrade at checkout) – delivery is normally 1 to 2 working days after dispatch

• Special Delivery - Next Working Day (subject to postcode restrictions) after dispatch. Orders dispatched on a Friday are normally delivered the following Monday, but may be delivered on the Saturday at the discretion of the Royal Mail.

INTERNATIONAL (NON-UK) OPTIONS

• Standard Non Tracked Shipping – USA - 7-10 working days after dispatch, Canada 7-14 working days after dispatch, Australia and New Zealand 7-20 working days (depends upon remoteness of delivery destination and customs), Europe 3-7 working days, other countries see shipping policies.

• Tracked Shipping – USA - 5 to 7 working days after dispatch, Canada 7-10 working days after dispatch, Australia & New Zealand 7-14 working days after dispatch, Europe 3-7 working days after dispatch. Other countries see shipping policies.

• Non-UK deliveries can sometimes take longer than the above average delivery times due to local Custom's clearance. Strikes and severe weather may also delay deliveries, these are outside of my control.

• Please note that payment of any customs charges due upon delivery is not my responsibility, you or the recipient are liable to pay such costs..

6 - RETURNS / EXCHANGES

• Refunds - If the decal release paper has not been removed from the backing paper, you can return the decal to us within 14 days of receipt.
