How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders ship within 3-5 business days via USPS. Standard shipping to US destinations takes 3-5 business days. Standard international shipping takes 2-6 weeks depending on location. Rush upgrades are available at checkout if you need your order sooner. Lead times during the holiday is about 7-10 business days. We do have multiple expedited options for US and international orders, including DHL and USPS Priority Express.

Can you add my initials/name/logo to an item?

Yes we can, we offer this service on most of our products already. It's a flat fee of $8.99. If you see an item you want personalized and the option is not available, don't hesitate to ask!

Want us to gift wrap this for you?

We use brown paper wrapping, tied up with string, and sealed with a genuine hot wax seal. We are happy to include a gift note as well! What is the warranty policy?

Lifetime Warranty! The best part of purchasing from Lifetime Leather Co is that all my products come with a lifetime fix or replace guarantee!! Buyers pays initial shipping and we will cover the shipping to send it back.

How do I add personalization?

If you don't see a personalization box, during the checkout process, there will be a notes box that says "Notes to Lifetime Leather Co" -- Leave your initials there.

Will you add our brand/logo to your products?

What's the difference between firebranding & embroidery

Fire branding is when we burn letters into the leather, it's less noticeable but looks great! Embroidery just means we sewn on thread, it's more noticeable but looks amazing as well. There is no pros and cons, it's all preference!

Are there any international fee's when I receive my shipment?

Potentially. Your country may charge import taxes (duty fees, custom fees), it doesn't always happen and each country is different. This can be anywhere from 5-20% of the product cost(s). The customer is responsible for all fees, please do your due diligence before ordering!

This apron is absolutely gorgeous albeit a little smaller than I thought it was going to be. I got it for my dad for Christmas and I think he'll love it, but I put it on myself and it just fits me and I'm only 5' 4" and he's 5' 10". I'm very afraid the neck strap is going to be too small and the apron too short, but I may be pleasantly surprised. Otherwise, the quality is great and it's a really beautiful piece.
