Custom and personalized orders

As much as I love it, I am just too busy to accept custom orders right now. I am happy to make revisions for size or a change in color or stone etc. on existing products though. If in doubt convo me!

All of our items are made to order and shipped out within 3-5 business days. Domestic Orders within the US are shipped with tracking via USPS First Class Mail (1-5 days). Upgrades to Priority Mail (1-3 days) or Priority Mail Express (1-2 days) are available at check out. International International orders are shipped with tracking where available via USPS First Class International. They usually arrive between 2 and 4 weeks. Upgrades to Priority International (6 – 10 business days), or Priority Express International (3-5 business days) are available at checkout. I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Shipping times can be affected by many factors such as bad weather or customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your item is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days so we can work together to locate the item or get you a replacement, and for timely filing of any necessary forms or insurance claims. We are not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen after the postal service has marked them as delivered.

In the unlikely event that your mala or bracelet breaks within the first 60 days, I will repair it at no charge. I will repair malas after 60 days for a $30.00 restringing fee which includes return shipping. To keep all jewelry in the best condition and give it the longest life possible I recommend that you keep it away from water and harsh chemicals. . Water can ruin wood, corrode or discolor metal, and weaken thread causing malas to break prematurely. Any warranty is voided on items that have been exposed to water.

This beautiful traditional japa mala is made with 108 matte black onyx beads lovingly hand knotted into a long necklace. The guru bead is shiny black onyx and the mala is finished with a soft and super touchable hand tied silk tassel.

The mala pictured above is made with 6mm beads and is approximately 34 inches around. Also available is 8mm which will be about 42".
