When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed the same day and shipped within 48 hours via Correos (spanish postal company) which are then transferred to and delivered by your own country's postal system (ie. Deutsche Post, USPS, Royal Mail, La Poste, Poste Italiane, etc.). Once an order ships a confirmation e-mail will be sent containing a shipment number and link to track the entire journey of the package. Estimated delivery time: - EU: 3 - 10 working days - UK: 4 - 7 working days - USA: 5 - 10 working days - Rest of the world: 1 - 3 weeks We are not responsible for delays due to customs. If you have any questions or need further information about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.

International customers outside the EU or the US may be subject to fees by their own government for importing goods. This does not apply to EU or US customers since we ship their orders from within the EU and US. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
