Do you offer expedited shipping ?

All blankets and Loveys ordered with the Free Shipping option are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage service. Most packages are usually delivered in 2-6 days once shipped. At checkout, we offer the option to upgrade to Priority Mail 1-3 day delivery for $5.99 extra. Selecting this option does not mean your order will ship out earlier than the estimated processing time. It simply means we will place your order in a priority mailer that the USPS states will be delivered in 1-3 days versus 2-6 days using Ground Advantage, depending on your location. We strongly encourage you to consider upgrading to Priority Shipping during the Christmas peak shipping season. Ground Saver can be much slower than Priority Mail during the season.

Can you show us example fonts of the name/s that we would like embroidered?

Of course, once you have purchased a blanket or Lovey from Snugglz and Cuddlz, we are happy to help you decide which font you like best if necessary. We will design and message you up to 2 font examples free of charge to help you decide. Any example requests after 2 will incur a charge of $2 per name. We will send you a special invoice that will need to be paid prior to completing and sending them to you. Please understand that to show you an example, we have to physically design the embroidery file just as if we were going to actually embroider the name. Each file takes time to design and ultimately we only end up using one file.

How long will it take my item to ship ?

Most items are produced and shipped within 3-5 business days. Time in transit is an addition to this estimate. USPS delivery times vary depending on the service you select at checkout. USPS delivery times once your item ships are usually between 2-6 days during non holiday times, depending on your location. Please note that once your item has shipped and is in the hands of the USPS, I cannot stop or redirect the package. I also have no control over the USPS's estimated versus actual delivery times. Be sure you have updated the correct shipping address before you finalize your purchase. Items returned or delivered to a wrong address due to incorrectly stated addresses will unfortunately need to incur a reship charge.

Can I cancel or amend my order once it has been placed ?

We don't mind canceling or amending your order under certain circumstances. If we have not begun working on your order, you may request an amendment or cancellation. Begun working on your order means we have already embroidered your item. Once we have embroidered your item we have taken the time to design the embroidery file, cut out the fabric, cut and use embroidery stabilizers, and run the embroidery machines. Please bear in mind that we could begin working on your order immediately after it's placed. If you contact us after the embroidery process has begun, we cannot alter the embroidery, change thread colors, change fabric, or cancel / refund your order. Starting over will unfortunately incur a discounted repurchase charge.

Does Snugglz and Cuddlz accept returns ?

Due to the personalized nature of the items Snugglz and Cuddlz sells. We do not accept returns. The only exception would be if we accidentally misspell a name. In this case we will remake the item free of charge. We make every effort to accurately represent each item as you will receive it. Please note that colors may vary across all digital platforms. Every computer screen, phone, or tablet may vary slightly in color representation. We will also not replace or refund an item because you ordered a blanket or Lovey and did not understand what size you ordered. Each Lovey or blanket is described in inches both in the description and in the drop down menu at purchase. If you don't understand the sizes, please ask before you buy.

What if if I accidentally left a misspelled name or incorrect date to be embroidered ?

Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of the items we sell in our shop, We simply cannot change the spelling, grammar, or punctuation once the blanket has been embroidered. The item would have to be remade from the beginning. In this unfortunate case, we would need to recharge for the item. We will however, offer a discount on the remake should this occur.

What if Snugglz and Cuddlz has a question concerning your order and are unable to contact you via Etsy messenger ?

There are occasions when a customer simply omits a piece of information we need to complete the order or leaves a request that we need to verify. In these cases, we may attempt to contact you via Etsy messenger. Please check your spam or junk folders for Etsy conversations. We may attempt to contact you if you have not chosen a font, chosen an embroidery color, have questionable spelling, capitalization or grammar, or purchased a listing that does not correspond with the amount of embroidery you have asked for on your gift. In the event we cannot contact you concerning your order, we reserve the right to either refund your money or process your order using our best judgment of colors and fonts based on the listing you purchased.

What happens if the Post Office says they delivered your blanket but it is not there ?

We rely on the Postal Service to deliver our packages to the address you have provided and within the time frame they say it should be there. Once we ship your item, we have no control over the shipping process from then on. If the Postal Service tracking shows the package as " delivered " to your address, we have to assume it has made it to you safely. In any case the USPS says your package has been delivered but it has not, you will need to contact the Post Master at your local post office so that they can look into it. Once the tracking status is "delivered", I am unable to get help from the Post Office on my end. Your Post office will be able to speak with the delivery driver and look at the geo tag from where it shows it was delivered.

Can I request alternate thread colors, size, or other changes ?

Yes, of course. I have chosen the best matching thread colors for each specific listing, but if you would like to request a change of color or any other change such as size etc., please send me a custom request and I will do my best to meet your requests.

What happens if a package is running late ( marked as in transit / arriving late )

We use the US Postal Service to ship our packages using Ground Advantage shipping unless you choose Priority Mail at checkout. This is the only economical way we can offer free shipping on all purchases in our shop. In most cases, Ground Advantage mail takes between 2-6 days to be delivered once shipped, and priority mail takes 1-3 days based on your location. Unfortunately, we have no control over any delays once your order is shipped, but we are always available to give an update on your orders whereabouts via USPS tracking results. Thank you for your patience and as always, Thanks for choosing Snugglz and Cuddlz

My son was gifted this 6 years ago when he was born. He's slept with it ever since but recently lost the original on a plane trip. Thankfully, I was able to re-order a nearly identical match from the original. He was overjoyed, as was I.
