Highlights

Makes a great team gift, player gift, or Coach's gift. Football Shaped Plaque, made of MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard). Size of plaque is 10.5" x 6.25" x .625". Black beveled wood edges, with keyhole for easy mounting on wall or use a display stand (Not included) to place plaque on. Background on each plaque with be football image. Font color will be in black. Add team picture or without picture. Include Player's last name / number (if for player), Team name, Coach's name (if for coach), date, Thanks for a great season, etc. Plaque without team picture and just wording can be autographed by entire team. Makes a special memory for player or coach. Be sure to use a permanent black Sharpie market when signing plaque with autographs. Team logo can be added and autograph around. Due to copyright laws, I cannot create a plaque with a professional or college team logo. Be sure to only send logos that are not copyrighted.
