Refunds (50% of the total amount) are offered if you are not happy with the digital proof, the printed orders are final and non-refundable. Once an order is shipped and leaves my possession, I cannot be held responsible for it's whereabouts or delays in delivery, sorry! Damage to items during the shipping process will be handled on a case by case basis.

In order to start on your custom item, a purchase must be made first. Then I need a details of what each person in the illustration should be wearing and few reference photographs, so I know what you look like.

Do you offer framed prints? Yes, Of course!

Custom and personalised orders

Colors vary from monitor to monitor, so it is impossible to guarantee the exact color you see on your screen. Slight variations between what you see on a brightly back-lit monitor and a printed piece and between different printers, are to be expected.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund after seeing the draft?

Yes, you can but you'll refund the 50% of the total amount.

Can I change the photo for the portrait after seeing the draft?

Yes, you can but it will consider as a new order. Only minor revisions are allowed.

Can you combine multiple photos into one portrait?

Absolutely. If your family wasn’t photographed together, you can send multiple photos and I’ll merge them into one cohesive portrait.

How to Order:

1. Purchase this listing.

2. Send me a message with:
- A forward facing photo your pet and a short description for the owner (the owner will be portray from the back): I need to know the hair colors, hairstyle, skin tone and what colors you want the clothes to be and type of clothes.
- The name of you and your pet.
- Your text for the illustration (if you have any)

3. I send you a digital proof of the illustration, and will have the opportunity to request ONE ROUND OF REVISIONS before it is finalized.

4. I print & ship your portrait!

What does the Digital Only mean on the delivery method?
If you choose the Digital Only delivery method you'll receive only a .jpeg or pdf file via e-mail. The size is up to you, my illustration can be resized without lost quality!

What does the A3 and A4 mean on the delivery method?
If you choose the A4 or A3 delivery method you'll receive a physical print:
- The A4 size print measures 21.0 x 29.7cm, 8.27 x 11.69 inches
- The A3 size print measures 29.7 x 42.0cm, 11.69 x 16.53 inches

REFUND POLICY:
Each piece that I create is a custom design that is entirely unique to you. Given the type of work I create, I'm not able to issue refunds once a draft has been sent to the customer. I care about you getting a product you love, so we will do everything we can to make sure you come home with something you enjoy!

Each portrait is designed with care and attention to the detail and that's what makes it a unique piece. And that's the reason why the processing times could be long, but our priority is, and always will be, the quality.
