My order has not been shipped yet

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days and you should receive a confirmation email as soon as it is ready to go. However, we are dependent on postal delays for the delivery of packages. How to track my order?

Every order is shipped with tracking, for any destination. The tracking number is displayed below your order details. If you have any problem, please contact me, I will be pleased to answer you as soon as possible.

Postal delays varies according to the destination from 5 to 20 days. I suggest you to be patient. I do my best to get your order delivered. If after 2 weeks you have not received it, contact me so that I can make a reclaim to the Post office services. Beware, this reclaim can take time.
