Kevin UP Inspired Tutu: Colorful Infant, Toddler Costume (Headband OPTIONAL)

This tutu is inspired by the movie UP and features bold colors and extra wing and tail pieces. It captures the look of Kevin perfectly.

Each tutu has an elasticized waist for a comfortable fit and full fluffy tulle skirting.

HEADBAND and hat are optional!
You must order: "size" w/headband to get it included.

Tutus are made in 3-5 days per tutu and ship via USPS First Class Mail or can be upgraded to Priority Mail.

All International orders outside the USA ship USPS first class mail unless you request and pay for a priority upgrade, thank you.
