This Whitby Map cutting board features illustrations that were originally hand drawn by me. I then scanned them in to the computer and coloured them digitally before having them manufactured on these high quality, double sided melamine chopping boards.
Whitby is a popular seaside town based in North Yorkshire, England. It is famous for fish and chips, dracula, the abbey situated at the top of 199 steps. There is also a whalebone arch, Captain Cook monument, a lighthouse, beach huts, art gallery and museum, and lots of independent shops and restaurants, including a large number of jet shops.
The board has been printed on both sides. The first side features detailed and colourful illustrations, and the second side features my printed logo and an all over 2 colour pattern.
They make the perfect housewarming or birthday gift as they are functional and attractive. This chopping board is ideal for serving food on when you have guests to visit, and is the the type of kitchen accessory you would have on show in your home.
The board messages 292mm (11.5 inches) from handle to end, and is 254mm (10 inches) wide. The chopping board is 4.8mm thick. The board should be wiped clean and is not dishwasher proof.
This chopping board has been designed in Yorkshire and manufactured in England.
