I liked the product, I gave it 4 stars because I wished the complete package was part of the deal, By that I mean ready to hang. I ended up going to Home Depot to get and cut boards and hoping that the rod will fit that I purchased, It's a fine product but people's lives are so busy now, they want to get on with it, I hate to say it but as a woman I know nothing about wood working but now I will have to learn. Merchant can help by offering either the brackets with screws or the complete package item. A real gem though. I will be struggling with it today. I intend to win.
